Has anyone managed to get pregnant with a low BMI?

I know this is a bit of a weird question, but has anyone managed to get pregnant with a (relatively) low BMI? i.e. BMI of 18-19? I'm at a BMI of 20 and interested in losing just a few pounds for the summer. However, my husband and I want to start trying for a baby soon and I don't want to do anything that could mess my chances of getting pregnant in the future up. Thoughts?

Isnt a 19 a normal weight? Youll be fine. Being healthy can help you get pregnant. But plenty of underweight women get pregnant.1

I feel like as long as you are not underweight enough to stop your menstrual cycle or mess with your hormone levels you should be fine... check with your doctor to be sure!0
