Looks great - I know my wife would tear into your dish! for those of you that frown at egg-whites...Egg white omelettes taste just like whole egg omelettes For me though - I lose the avocado and add spicy sausage and some hash browns I dice up a small potato (maybe 2.5 to 3 oz.) for hash browns - in skillet first with…

SPOILER ALERT - but just TV versus reality...nothing about future walking dead episodes Darrell's Crossbow looks cool but it is such made-for-TV BS - just like the deer Do you have a crossbow? ===I do. It is a blast to shoot and very accurate to 50-60 yards...and I mean very accurate. How fast can you reload a crossbow…

Went to Vegas a year ago. My family and I had a great time and we really enjoyed an off-the-strip casino called Ellis Island Casino and Microbrewery - bad Elvis impersonator and all. $17 HUGE prime rib dinner that was awesome. HOWEVER - One thing that really surprised me about Vegas, and ultimately irritated me is, you…

I am in good shape and cycle the KATY and MKT trails at speeds of 14+/mph for around 90 to 120 minutes per workout. I use my HRM to more accurately estimate my calorie burn at these speeds and it is about: 810 calories per hour or 58 calories per mile Before I lost 75 pounds, I guess I could barely go 10 mph for an hour…

Sara Lee 45 cal. bread only has 18-carbs in a slice...this opens up a whole avenue of sammiches for you...crammed into a single slice of bread :-) Peanut butter, bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, pulled pork, etc. There are other lower carb options including some tortilla, but IMO they don't taste as good. Don't laugh, but back…

Increasing protein intake does it for me. For breakfast I like jimmy dean sausage (200 cal), 1/2 cup shredded hash browns (80 cal) and either 4 large egg whites (68 cal) for a total of about 350 cal....or use a whole large egg and 2 large egg whites (104 cal)...full until lunch.

You can do it with diet alone, but you will not look as fit and trim as you would with exercise added in. Also... You can't out-exercise a bad diet...so it always starts there. Once you get done with diet and exercise and get to goal...hopefully it will turn into eat and train :-)

I always use the cavers creed for most any activity..."Take nothing but pictures. Leave nothing but footprints."

I gave up on TV. If I do want to watch a show, I DVR what I want to watch and literally get my TV done in about half the time. I really don't miss TV much - too many damn commercials. Radio is even worse.

It was most definitely too intense for me to do it 6 days a week...so I did it every other day and still took Sunday off. It took twice as long to complete but it absolutely got me in my best physical shape since I was a much younger and heavily into sports. I completed it about 3 years ago. Don't forget when Shaun T says…

Ditto on the spin class. Loud music, cold room, instructor pushing you harder and harder...dripping wet when done...stretching out after is glorious too!
