I agree with the above advice. Log every single bite... Weigh and measure everything! You might not be seeing the scale move much but can you tell your clothes fit different? I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, but my jeans are loose! Keep on going... You are doing great!! :) :)

I work part time and have a 4 and 14 year old. I take my little one to the gym with me on my days off work. On Sunday we cook a lot of meat/dishes to eat through the week... Pork chops, chicken breasts and tenders, spaghetti, meatloaf, salmon... Then it can be heated up quick! Tonight the kids had spaghetti and I had…

I sent a request :) it's great you are getting back on MFP!

I have struggled with hypothyroidism for 14 years. My dose of levothyroxine has been all over the place. Weight loss for me seems to take forever... I know how frustrating it can be :( I think my metabolism is just super slow even with the meds! What kind of exercise do you do every day? Also, do you weigh and measure your…

I haven't lost any weight in 2 weeks, but I can tell my clothes fit differently. Do you use a scale and measure all your food? Are you getting enough water? Do you use a heart rate monitor to log your calories burned from exercise?

I have never done measurements, but I think I need to start. That would help me keep track of what's really going on! Thanks

I'm 5'7" and 155#.... I want to lose fat and build muscle. I can see progress in my upper body but not so much in my lower body. My daily calories are 1520 and I have been eating at that or under for a month.

I would love to be pushing the fat out! I weigh and measure all my food. My calories are 1520 before exercise. And I try to only eat back 1/3-half of the calories I've burned. I think I will start measuring to track my progress. Thanks!

I feel the same way! I have gained 10 pounds in the last year and I'm trying my hardest to get rid of it! I am bad about eating while making kids lunches, snacking when my little girl snacks, and drinking lime a ritas... Wow the calories DO add up :/ :/ It has been a slow month as far as weight loss, but I am hopeful…

I have the same goals! :) I used to work out at the gym for almost 2 hours and then come home and over eat. I started back to MFP a month ago and it's been eye opening all the calories I was consuming! You can add me and we can encourage each other!
-
You can add me :) my calorie goal is around 1500. I eat a lot of the same things!
-
I could use some friends for motivation too! I started back to MFP a month ago. That is great you are losing weight and so close to your goal :)

One of my favorite things at night is 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with a little fruit or granola. I make sure to budget the calories into my day :) I also eat my dinner between 6-7 so I'm not starving at 9! If I eat at 5 I am raiding the pantry before bed!

There are videos I like to do that strengthen the core. I noticed a difference when I started doing those. Hang in there! :)

Chips are my favorite! I try to budget them into my daily calories. I could easily eat 2-3 servings :o Tonight I did good and only had 1/2 a serving!
-
You can add me! I'd love some buddies :)

I worked night shift for 11 years So I know where you are... I really lacked self control at 3 am! After I had my daughter 4 years ago I started watching what I put into my body. I wanted to feel good and get healthy. It helped me to get into a routine on my days off. Is there any way you could switch shifts? I started…

I was emotional eating yesterday :( Getting out of the house helped me yesterday...Hope today is better for you and me! I agree with budgeting some calories for snacks. Are you getting enough protein with your meals? If I don't get enough I am reaching for a snack soon after!
-
I like premier protein drinks from SAMs. They come in a box of 12 I think. There's 1g sugar and 30g protein per drink. Chocolate is my favorite :) Oikos makes yummy Greek yogurt. I get the triple zero vanilla and have half a cup with fruit and 2 tbs granola. For the chicken I cook it at home. My poor family gets tired of…

I'm stuck at home with a sick kiddo on a rainy day! On days like today I try to clean the house, go up and down the stairs a lot, and try to get 8-10k steps. I'm sure I look pretty silly walking in place doing laundry and washing dishes! I have been thinking of trying some at home workouts. A friend of mine loves the beach…

I am right there with you... Trying to lose the last 15! I started back to MFP 2 weeks ago. You will get there! Great job on losing 60 lbs :) :)

Hi! I have been struggling with feeling hungry all the time since I started back to MFP 15 days ago. I started increasing my protein and water intake and it has been helping. Greek yogurt is a favorite of mine. I also try to have some cooked chicken in the fridge so it's on hand to put in a wrap or salad. Protein shakes…

For 10 days I was not eating back any of the calories I burned with exercise and I was starving! I would wake up at 2 am so hungry. I started to eat back 50% of the calories burned and I can tell a difference.

30 something nurse here too! I am new to adding friends so I don't know how to do it :# :# I look at previous pics too and know it is possible!! We can do it!

When my day is done I am no where near 1800. I used the setting active. I don't eat back the calories burned from work/exercise so it should be pretty close to 1388 if not under. I will change up the setting and see if that helps. Thanks!

Between 157-160.

I'm 34 yo female 5'7 and my cal are 1820 a day. I wanted to lose 40lbs after I had my daughter and I'm on the last 15. I wasn't seeing anything from "watching" what I ate, so I started doing MFP. I eat toast w/pb for breakfast, salads with chicken or salmon for lunch and lean protein w/veggies for dinner. In between I eat…
