Nope. The only people who lost weight taking hydroxcut are the folks on the commercials....and they are just actors. It's pretty much a pill with caffeine

My Fitbit is pretty inaccurate. For example, today it says I burned 256 calories so far from exercise.....and I've been in bed the entire time with a bad summer cold. However, I do like my Fitbit because it keeps me accountable. When it comes to calories burned, I pretty much ignore that because the hr on a Fitbit is…

Ive been noticing loose skin on me. Doctor and I are pretty much getting the ball rolling because my insurance covers this. But to be accepted I have to keep the weight off for six months. No biggie since I have no plans on being that big again

There's a few from Walmart and target that is notorious for this. I read reviews for a week before picking the one I did

Not trying to sound snarky but reading your comments and your response to my comment, you do not understand and my original comment still stand. I'll try to make this sound more simpler: this thread isn't her looking for just a sexual preference. It's so much more deeper than that. As I stated earlier she is looking for…

Because she may want to share some things with folks here in more of a safe place. If you were gay, you'd understand a little bit better Also, don't assume or put words in her mouth. She isn't saying she wants only LGBTQ people as friends. It says LGBTQ friends wanted. Which usually means she more than likely has straight…

I have the charge hr. The calories burnt from extra activity (aside from your basic calorie resting burn) is not very accurate. Especially if your heart rate is a little higher than normal. The heart rate tool isn't very accurate either. When I wore my chest hr and my Fitbit hr, my Fitbit was off by 15-30 beats per minute…

I have a feeling her husband would have no part in that

I had a husband like that. Keyword: had. Marriage is a partnership. Must be nice that he can do all the fitness things but makes you do most of the work

For those who thinks I'm not eating enough or doing too much, don't worry. EVERYTHING is being monitored by my primary physician, a nephrologist, and endocrinologist. I'm eating 1200 a day, I'm doing fine. My nutritionalist are on point

If you're on vacation it is super easy to eat 3500 calories in one day. A typical meal at any restaurant can be 12-1400 calories. Let's say you drop off at a McDonald's for lunch. Bacon clubhouse burger, medium fries, and a frappe. You just consumed 1850 calories for lunch Or let's say you hit the Outback on a date,…

To lose what I had gained....considering I didn't go hog wild during those three days ;)

I know a woman who gained 35 pounds in 30 days...so it is possible. But a weight gain like that could be over eating, or too much salt, or if you sat down with a bowl of cheese, not weighing yourself the same time there could be many reasons really
-
Not a whole lot to go on.... Could be too many calories, incorrect assuming of caloric intake, a whole pizza, too much salt, weighing in the morning and then this reading you weighed yourself at the end of the day, aliens, etc, etc. You have to be very specific

I'm getting a pair of Apollo wings on both ankles. Getting it done four weeks before my first marathon

Look at the graph and make sure it's set for the entire duration vs a specific period of time

You can certainly have donuts and lose weight as long as you're under that threshold. I personally stay away from them because donuts is a trigger food for me

Three days of over eating usually takes me about a week and a half to bounce back

It took me 2 months and 35 pounds for folks to begin to notice. ...which kinda applies. Everyone is different tho

Just be careful with the gastric bypass. Only 5% of everyone who gets the operation actually manages to keep off any weight they lose. Also, something else to think about. My sister got a gastric bypass one week before I started my calorie in and calorie out eating. She's lost 68 pounds since February 16, 2016 and I've…

I believe if you starve yourself you're not getting nutrients u need (if you do it long term) But I do not buy that starving will stall weightloss. There are articles that support it and there are those articles that say it's a myth. Whenever I stall it has nothing to do with me eating too little. It has everything to do…
