When you use those your body relies on them and stops producing its own type of thermogenics/metabolism . Then once you get off the pills your body's metabolism is shot and you'll gain weight fast. Those things are just unhealthy like the other said coffee is the best.

Thanks for the concern that's great I've only been at this a few weeks and I'm just excited to see results and don't want to jeopardize that but mentally I'm good and don't have any kind of disorder.
