I have been working out and eating 2 low-carb and 2 high carb meals a day totaling 14 to 1500 cal and I'm losing weight 2 to 3 pounds a week but I'm hungry and I'm dizzy and I'm afraid to eat more because I don't want to stop losing the weight any thoughts or things I should add or do different?
Should i start with weight loss then build muscle or both?
