I'm looking for protein powder suggestions for days I want to have a shake for breakfast or maybe just throughout the day. I'm looking for something gluten free and if possible lactose free  I like making my own recipes but I wanted to try adding protein powder.

Whey and casein have the best amino profile out of all of them. Close seconds are Egg protein and a Pea/Rice blend.

Worst ones are hemp and soy, they're overpriced junk...

    Vegaone!

I had vanilla chai flavor! Takes some getting used to but look it up - lots of health benefits from this protein shake, although can be pricey. I found a good deal on iHerb.com

Gnc lean 25 is great. It tastes good and it's high in protein and it keeps you full for several hours

I don't use protein powder in my morning smoothies, I use nonfat plain greek yogurt. It has 20 grams of protein plus you get your calcium and it's good for your digestive system. This is my shake recipe- 1 cup unsweetened plain almond milk, 1 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt, 2 T ground flax, 1 cup spinach, 1 cup kale or collard greens, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries. My husband use to have to add trivia to his but not anymore.

I am Lactose intolerant and have been using Allmax Iso flex protein for 2 years now. Lots of different flavours, 25g protein per scoop, 0 carbs, 0 fat, 120 cals
