I've been on Keto for just over a month. I started through a health clinic and so far am down 13lbs in 4 weeks. I am starting over on MFP with about 40lbs to lose to get me back to a a weight I'd be happy in my skin with. I started nursing school about a year and half ago and gained a bunch of weight. Now I'm looking to make the healthy lifestyle changes that eventually I'll be talking to patients about.
