Try to eat your last meal before 7:30 pm and do not have heavy carbs at dinner, just veggies/meat/fish/soups for dinner work wonders.

As in which brand? Braggs Apple cider with the mother, and Silk-unsweetened almond milk

I was able to lose weight faster doing these two: 1) Switching to unsweetened almond milk instead of regular milk(containing lactose).Feel so much less bloated now. 2) Drink ACV with lemon and water before going to bed.Helps stabilize sugar and burns fatty foods eaten earlier/at dinner.Flushes out toxins.

how did you loose all the weight? any specific diet?

No obvious results yet.Im focusing on shedding weight now, once I reach my healthy BMI, I shall train more and bulk up a little :)

fit into my new destructive jeans that I ordered on Amazon (arrived 2 sizes smaller[asian sizes are way smaller :( ] and I choose not to return. Besides shed 10 pounds and make my bmi "HEALTHY" :)

egg fast is carried out for 3-5 days to break a weight loss plateau. Helped me lose 4 pounds in 3 days. Do look it up online :)

Hi, I have managed to lose 35 pounds since march this year and hence reached my last 10 pounds now. I work out daily 1.5 hours at the gym and also follow the 1200 calorie diet

Has anyone heard of the egg fast? Has it worked for you?

After weeks of being on the 1200 diet my appetite is actually suppressed and since I have a sedentary job all day I find that enough by consuming lots of low calories vegetables and fruits daily.

Same for me. I have this last bulge on my stomach that just wont go :( I wonder if crunches, planks etc work like some say

My situation is exactly the same as yours :( I will be trying the "egg fast" recommended by one of the myfitnesspal members to break the weight loss plateau and speed up weight loss
