welcome to the community! i've found the easiest way to keep me on track so far is to just have a bunch of friends who keep active on here, so i can see their progress & interact with them to remind me to stay on track. there's various groups for things like recipe sharing as well, so maybe you can find some new healthy…

hey @rkit03 ! so far i've managed red, orange, yellow, green all in one meal (tomato, carrot, sweetcorn, & peas in my soya mince!) i have blueberries and grapes for later (i'm counting my red grapes as a violet!) not sure for indigo though. i might have some raisins if i count those with my little fruit mix i'll eat :)

Yep!! I wake up consistently mid morning regardless of when i sleep, but i tend to get about 7 hours for an average day. I can function on 3/4 if i need though when the bouts of insomnia kick in. 7 just the right amount for me. I have a friend who sleeps from like 11pm to like 1pm the next day on weekends!! I have no idea…

i'm just on a different timescale, i'm usually going to bed around 3am! i work from 3pm to 11pm so i just get up late and go to bed late... don't have the commuting to do aside from a 30 min walk both ways for my job. there's not usually so many people who are working out at 1am though :D

you sound like you might be in a plateau section. i've had friends who have been in this stalemate before and for them it was a case of mixing it up for a little bit. take a week or so off from your usual food routines and mix it up! swap around breakfast and lunch so your shake is at a different time? different exercises…

i used to work out a whole bunch last year but i've had such a lazy start to this one :( i'm probably getting back into jogging and some kind of pilates/yoga type stuff for the days i'm not feeling up to being out in the cold but still have to get some kind of workout done. any plans for what you're doing yet?

this is a really nice idea, im a little late to the party but no matter! jft 18/3 - mark down everything i eat - take the dog out for either a jog or a walk when i get home from work
