hey there !

hi! i'm known as either max or void. i'm 23, non-binary (they/them pronouns please!), and i live in the uk. i've never seriously tried to lose weight so you know... only ever very vaguely tried...

i'm looking into maybe doing jogging & pilates type stuff for workouts, and just generally eating better. it was my birthday recently so my food intake was not so good for a while there.

i'm currently around 176lbs and i'm looking to drop to about 140lbs so i have a little work to do.

i'm looking for any friends around to help keep me motivated & i'll hopefully help you too!

I hope that was a typo. 140 of 176lbs?? You'd be a 1-yr-old. ;-) If you want to add me as a friend, I'd be happy to help motivate. If you need advice on anything, I'd love to assist... Whatever you need. We're all in this together! Good luck on your journey!

Hour and a half commute each way, full-time job... 3am is the only time I can get it in. The things we do to look and feel good. *facepalm*

Definitely a motivator, I see. I get home at 11pm-12am and look at the clock and I'm like, "nope, I'm going to sleep." I wake up at 3:30am to put the cat outside of the bedroom because he starts getting hyper, and I could probably go exercise, but nope. I sleep my *kitten* in until 6am.

I get a small HIIT workout in during my lunch break. I love sleep too much to sacrifice it

i'm just on a different timescale, i'm usually going to bed around 3am! i work from 3pm to 11pm so i just get up late and go to bed late... don't have the commuting to do aside from a 30 min walk both ways for my job.
there's not usually so many people who are working out at 1am though :D

I get it. I've had this discussion with people all my life. I view sleep as a necessity, not something I enjoy. I would rather be productive than asleep. I'm weird. I know. I, at most, get 6 hours of sleep a night...and I'm not keeling over from exhaustion so it must be enough. Lol. My older brother is in his mid-30s and still sleeps in til the afternoon when he can. I just have too much energy to want to sleep. Not to say that I don't want to chuck my phone at the wall some days when the alarm goes off at 3. I'm still human. ;-)

I totally agree Angel, sleep is a comfort level thing...some want/need more, some live happily with less. I like about 6-8 hours, maybe more on a rare weekend morning without any plans, but I don't chuck my phone at the wall ;)

woah now. Don't get my comments confused with wanting lots of sleep  I get 5-6 hours of sleep each night. I just don't want any less. lol

Yep!! I wake up consistently mid morning regardless of when i sleep, but i tend to get about 7 hours for an average day. I can function on 3/4 if i need though when the bouts of insomnia kick in. 7 just the right amount for me. I have a friend who sleeps from like 11pm to like 1pm the next day on weekends!! I have no idea how
