27, 5'5, 1500 cal daily, 126 lbs. I stay away from exercise, too lazy... For workouts I do 15 minutes whenever I feel like it of weightlifting, nothing major I just use dumbells.

Don't listen to other people's negativity, they are not happy for you because you achieved what they couldn't, be proud of that. Also remember we live in a society where overweight people is the norm, and if you don't look like the rest then you are considered not the norm.

Banana, strawberry and almond milk. Mango, pineapple, banana, water. If you use frozen fruit, it makes the smoothie more frothy and creamy and cold, sooooo good

Spinach, banana, strawberry, blueberries and almond milk... Delish. I use a vegan nutritional powder called Vega one. Doesn't hurt to add a little extra, plus it tastes good.

Hello, been vegan for a year, love it, I lost 10 pounds by just eating and doing barely any exercise. I get to eat all the carbs I care for. I'm here to loose the last stubborn 6 pounds.
