Hello everybody.
Five weeks ago I just decided to start eating as healthy as possible and stay under 2000 calories a day. I lost 14 lbs in 2 weeks just by doing that.

Now I am at -19 lbs and have been for a few day, and that's alright because I am definitely losing fat.

I found this app last week and think it will be a great tool to help me keep my head in the game. I am hoping to learn from others and share what I've know about this weakness I have .

I am creative in the kitchen and super motivated , so let's do this together.

    I'm new here, but I have been counting calories since the end of January, I wish I would have used this app instead of the other one
