I had the same problem in the beginning and for me I think it was because I changed my eating habits so drastically (no longer eating fast food twice a day, every day). I've also made sure to keep my fiber and fat intake at a good healthy amount as well as a lot of water (which I know you said you're already doing).

I went to a party for an It Works rep just as a favor for a friend and didn't notice any difference at all. I wouldn't buy them.

I've tried doing the eating many small/tiny meals a day and honestly it's just time consuming! I can't stop every couple of hours to eat. I eat the normal 3 meals a day and throw in a couple snacks and I've been losing weight just fine.

I have two Facebook friends that are into Shakeology and beach body but thankfully are not pushy at all about it with me. They post about their workouts but don't inbox me about signing up. I'm a little nervous about this day just because it's the first big holiday since I've started my weight loss journey and I'm not exactly known for my self control-lol. I plan on making a few really healthy but yummy options so I don't feel too deprived so I can stay on track!
