I cut out breakfast. Have the same amount of energy, albeit a little hungrier for a while. Just make sure to still eat the same amount of calories. No breakfast means you have two big meals instead of three medium/small meals.

I had this problem once. Falling off the wagon about twice a week for a few weeks. Felt bad.
