High carbs and high sugars are the true danger when it comes to losing weight. Make sure to lower the intake of carbs and sugars which should help you lose weight. NOT ALL CALORIES ARE BAD.

Honestly finding a workout buddy to motivate you is by far the greatest way to get back in it. I had a knee surgery a year ago and needed up gaining 50 pounds. My little brother call me a Fat *kitten* fake wrestler and pretty much forced me to hit the gym with him. The first few days were a drag but now I'm loving it.…

You can also try the bodybuilding website. They have various strenght exercises for various parts of the body like the shoulder, chest, legs etch. The best thing is they show you the correct form of doing these exercises in order to prevent an injury. That is where I get my exercises from when I go to the gym.

I honestly don't follow the caloric intake and deficit of fitbit. And yes based on the calories you have burned through exercise you can add those to your caloric intake. The fitbit marks how many calories are needed based on your goal needs. Take for example this. I have a 1500 caloric intake limit. My body burns about…

Make sure to get rid of sugars and carbs. The same thing happened to me a while back and I reduced the sugar and carb intake which really helped. When you exercise try the interval training. Sprinting rather than jogging. Just be careful because the first time I did it I pulled a hamstring since I had not sprinted in like…

I bought the basic version and it works great.

I have a fitbit so it keeps track of my steps. I can challenge you but 10000 steps is not near the amount of steps I take. Try 20k and above now that's a challenge. I work in a warehouse so I'm always walking around.

I'm also looking to lose weight. So far I've lost 13 pounds I need 15 more to reach 175. Feel free to add me and we can challange eachother. I mostly lift weights with a little bit of cardio so my weight loss is slow but steady. DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRAH!!

Same I do low carb with high fiber and protein intake. It's hard doing low carb because all the best foods have high carbs but its doable. I MISS EATING CHIPS ESPECIALLY DORITOS.

I'm not trying to be rude but you have too much self pity. All I can tell you is you're not a failure if you keep trying. It's a basic thought you can lose a fight but do your best to not lose the war.If you can't motivate yourself nobody will.Sorry if I sound rude but I'm just trying to speak the reality. You can do it if…

Do cardio man it works great. Also interval training for maximum fat loss. Get up you son of a bish cause Micky loves ya.

I had a fitbut and believe me combining it with this app will totally help you. FITBIT will count your steps and tell you how much calories you have lost throughout the day. With this combination I was able to drop 10 pounds I'm about 2 months but then again I did work in a warehouse. All I can tell you is stick with it…
