Love this thread. Thanks OP! I average between 1900 and 2000 calories a day. I am 5'4 and a half and weight 148. Starting weight was 156 lbs. I would like to get down to anywhere between 124 and 130 but am in no hurry. I just set my minimum to 1800 because I am still nursing my toddler. I am happy to be losing weight…

Thanks for saying this. I was starting to wonder if I was eating too much at 1900 calories even though I have been averaging a loss of 1lb a week. How long did it take you to lose your 30 lbs?

You have a classic hourglass figure. You look good at either weight but I can see that you have lost weight, especially in your profile. I am also 5'5' and have a goal weight of 125-130 lbs. Well done!

How much below your TDEE did you eat to lose the weight? And how long did it take you to lose the weight? I am new to this and I am impressed with your results!

I am 5'4" and breastfeeding a one year old on demand. I am on 1800 calories a day and have been losing 2 lbs a week. Starting weight was 157 lbs. I am now at 151. Goal weight is 130. I am curious if I can continue losing on such a high calorie diet when I have less to lose. Breastfeeding is awesome.

Thanks everyone! My scale has really helped in the last 2 weeks and I have lost a couple of pounds per week, thanks to very precise measurements on the scale. I will have to eyeball my portions at dinner and ask the hostess what the dishes are called so I can use MFP to find out the calorie content afterwards. Thanks for…
