I have recently stopped my contraceptive patch after 15 years and Ive never felt hunger like it! So I feel you! :) Like some others have said, try eating at a maintenance level for a day or two n see if that helps. Im going to take this advice too :) good luck! X x x

I drink almond milk as my stomach is sensitive to lactose. I tried soya milk but Im allergic to the protein in it and it made my mouth itch. I love that almond milk is low in calories and I drink it when I get fed up with water and sugar free cordial juice. X

I have such a sweet tooth I save calories for frozen grapes and a chocolate bar every evening. Id say you can pretty much eat what you want as long as you stick to your calories. I eat breakfast around 8am and then eat my chocolate bar around 9pm and those are the first and last thing I eat. I dont think you should weigh…

Its so hard to stick to when ur weight goes up n down by 1lb. Ive been there n it sucks. I like the advice of making sure you weigh everything. We honestly dont realise how many extra calories we eat by estimating. X x x

I had a problem with snacking before bed too so every night I make myself a low cal hot chocolate using almond milk n take it to bed with me. It really helps my sweet tooth n makes me feel like Ive had something more if that makes sense? :) x

It was fry light I cooked them with n then I did them in my health fryer :) I will be making these all the time. They were gorgeous :) Thank you all again for taking the time to reply :) x

Im such an idiot!!! When Ive looked again at the info it says "when cooked as chips according to instructions"! The instructions they have given is for chips deep fried in oil!
