Calories, fat and carbs. Do u monitor it all?
Hi all, Im doing well with the whole calorie counting n have surprised myself! :) The only thing is some days when I look at my nutrition Ive gone over my limit on my carbs or fat. Hi all! Ive done calorie counting before but am bk after a loooong break. Im just baffled by the calories in potatoes and wondered if anyone could help?! When looking at my packet of maris piper potatoes it says theres 218 calories in 100g. However, when I search for potatoes 100g seems to come up with alot less calories.…
