  • I guess I should give some more information. I swan for 35 mins, 5 of those being a slower warm up and cool down. I swam a continuous steady medium-fast paced front crawl for 25 minutes. I’m 165lbs. I feel like 130 cala would be low.
  • I'd like to get rid or the last 10 lbs of my baby weight....who is now 2 1/2 years old lol!
  • It looks as though my original post didn't fully post. Here is what it was suppose to say... Starting in March, I ventured into MFP and for 4 months and I rocked it and lost 18lbs, I felt awesome. Then summer hit and I completely fell off the wagon. I have gained back 8 of those lbs lost and every week I restart the…
  • Ok perfect. That's all I wanted to know  Thank you.
  • To go for a walk....and I did :)
  • Hey ladies! My babies are now 4 & 2, crazy busy little boys!!! I would like to lose 20 more pounds as I've lost 10 so far. But I could most definitely use some motivation!! Add me and we can do this together!
  • Hey everyone. I'm 31 with two little boys and would be happy to lose another 10lbs. I've lost 15-18lbs so far but could use some more motivation. Add me please as I can't seem to add others (??)
  • It may be your vitamins. If I take mine right in the morning with very little food and a lot of water, I throw up within minutes. I have to wait until lunch time and take them in a nice full stomach, then I'm fine.
  • Ok fixed it :)
  • OOOOPS my whole post did not post!!
  • Can be done :) I've lost 13lbs in 6 weeks through diet only (and chasing around two little kids ;)
  • I sleep well, at least 8 hours a night. But I'm tired during the day. And by 8pm I'm ready to go to bed. My meds have been off before as I seem to fluctuate alot, but this last week I've been extra tired. After reading other forums, I think I may not be getting enough calories and after 5 weeks it's started to catch up to…
  • I also forgot to mention that I'm hypothyroid and my meds have been off so that's why I thought I was so tired lately.
  • Thanks for all the replies everyone. I am 5'5, starting weight of 166lbs and have lost 12lbs in 5 weeks. I have started to feel really tired this last week. So after reading the comments, I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough calories and maybe I should change my sedentary to lightly active. I like the weight loss but…
  • I've seen a few times that people say they eat at maintenance for a day or so. How do I find out what my maintenance calories are?
  • I've been on MFP for almost a month too and I am finding I'm not as hungry either. But I think that's because I am eating better/more filling foods and drinking more water. Also, I'm learning that my hunger wasn't always true hunger, sometimes it was "boredom hunger".
  • I would most definitely get tested for hypothyroidism. I have it and get VERY tired and cold when my meds need to be upped. Ask your Dr for a TSH, T3 and T4 blood test. And even if you fall within the normal range, that doesn't mean those results are NORMAL or ADEQUATE for you . You can ask to be put on 25mg Synthroid…
  • Thanks everyone for all the advice. I do lead a very busy life and I think I've figured out the problem/hesitation with the idea of working out is. I'm definitely not lazy, but what I'm thinking in my head is that I have to do a daily "real" workout, weights, cardio, hard stuff! That's the kind of stuff I struggle with…
  • Ok I wasn't sure what the best plan was!! Truthfully I'm just proud I didn't eat the whole bag
  • I see half of my message didn't post...... Hey! I'm on week 2 of MFP and it's going well. However, yesterday my husband broke out the chips in the evening (my weakness!!!). I was at my budget for the day but couldn't say no but I had wayyyy less then I normally would before I started MFP. Being that I ended up over budget,…
