I have 43 lbs to go to meet my goal and I think I put in a pound a week I'm not 100% sure though

I do love all of these foods lol but unfortunately my whole reason for dieting to begin with is I found out I have high cholesterol so I have to keep that in mind also

Haha if I knew that I wouldn't be lol....even during my pregnancies I was never the weight I am now I don't eat the healthiest of foods and I've been trying really hard to curb that I still indulge myself occasionally .....but I have been eating a lot more healthy than I ever have

Way under always and I log everything I eat and even try to estimate higher if I'm not completely sure of the portion size

I've lost about 15 lbs in just under 2 months and I think that was mostly giving up soda....I've never been a big eater I enjoy food very much I'm just not hungry throughout the day until dinner and even then I don't eat a large amount

I'm about half way through the 30 day shred I love it and planning on trying out her kickboxing when I finish can't wait looks like a lot of fun!!!!

Thank you all for commenting I definitely still have a snack occasionally lol.. I think that if we eliminate everything we love we are setting ourselves up to fail.. I am just more aware of how often I treat myself....carbs are more an issue for me than donuts love my breads and pastas

Love this!!!! my daughter and I are almost through the 2nd workout day 7 of 10...I found a few of the exercises to be difficult at first just do the best you can and by the end of the first 10 days you will be ready for the 2nd!!!! Good luck!!!
