I have my gall bladder, yes. I use light ranch most times, but even without it is the same.. Just raw brocoli, if i eat it steamed it doesnt seem to have the same effect. Im thinking & wondering if it could actually be my intestine, but would i feel it in my back? Maybe it's the brocoli doing its fiber thing?

I don't really have a quote.. It's just been something my conscience tells me when i'm frusterated & not seeing the results i want.. "Lets see what happens if i just keep going" Whenever i get discouraged i tell myself "just keep going.. Lets see what happens" It seems so simple but honestly it has "kept me going" lol

I agree with the first part of your statment, but ACTUALLY, a "normal sized woman" is a 12-14. No where near a 2 or 4.. BUT, nothing wrong with a 2 or 4 either. Everybody's different.

Also i bought a new more accurate scale which reads 2 lbs heavier than the one I started with, which is also frusterated but admittedly i believe is more accurate because it says the same thing each time i weigh, and the other one jumps a lot & isn't consistent. So in a sense i feel i have taken a couple stepa backwards…
