We had a snow day today. I didn't eat well. Left over chinese in the first part of the day, and 2 cup cakes and nachos for dinner.. gonna do some cardio & hope i can balance that out lol

Today has been rough. Not ina food sense, atleast until now. Work was so busy i only ate a protein bar for lunch... by the time i got home i was so hungry I couldn't say no to chinese food. Tomorrow will be better.

I think that the assault traumatized you, & because at that time you lost weight, subconciously you think it leaves you vulnerable for it to happen again. If you think it's something you want to do, perhaps some therapy may be of some help. Goodluck, chick. Best wishes

Hmm... I try to keep my dirt as balanced as possible, and i almost always eat close to my calorie allowance. I did start drinking a lot of diet pop at the beginning of all this (still do).. I have shortened my intake of red meat and pork but i do eat a lot of chicken, turkey & fish.. But red meat maybe 1-2 times a month..…

Happened to me when I changed scales.. It was disheartening. My advice to you would be to keep going and track your results with this one, and unless absolutely necessary do not change scales again until after you've gotten where you want to be

Well, there's dirty perverse people, along with the normal human natured people.. It's a pretty dirty environment to tell you the truth. I went into a strip club like twice and the atmosphere is a dirty one.
