Good thing I'm not a man then, because I absolutely could.1 -

You could not0 -
Sure I could... zucchini bread is a vegetable, right? Banana bread is a fruit... If they just made coffee bread I'd be set!1

I eat bread EVERY SINGLE DAY! I eat sourdough-Goldminer brand. It's 130 calories for 57 grams. I make my bread fit into my calorie allotment for the day. I weight it to make sure I get the full 57 grams. You can eat it you just need to make it fit into your calories! You CAN have your bread!

I don't see why not as long as it fits within the goals (macro or calorie) that you set for yourself!0

I would die if you couldn't. I have a P28 protein bagel in the am with peanut butter and a sandwich almost every day for lunch.0

I'm a total karbdashian..
I stay within calories as much as possible and have been able to lose weight0 -
Of course. That said I have discovered that having not eaten it much over the past couple of months apart from the odd slice of toast (can't live without toast, I'm English!!) it does bloat me. A kilo on the scales this morning after I fancied sarnies for tea last night. Ouch!0

Yes, but don't rely too heavily on bread. There are amazing foods out there. Try your hand at cooking up different whole grains. Sample seeds, nuts, beans, and foods from nature that your loaf is replacing.0
