Of course. That said I have discovered that having not eaten it much over the past couple of months apart from the odd slice of toast (can't live without toast, I'm English!!) it does bloat me. A kilo on the scales this morning after I fancied sarnies for tea last night. Ouch!

Yes, but don't rely too heavily on bread. There are amazing foods out there. Try your hand at cooking up different whole grains. Sample seeds, nuts, beans, and foods from nature that your loaf is replacing.

Absolutely! There is nothing wrong with eating bread everyday as long as it fits into your calorie goal.

I am low carb Gluetin free so for me no. I have tried Gluetin free breads before not a fan. But I aqree as long as is it fits your guidelines of your diet you set for yourself then i would say yes.

I'm a big fan of the Sara Lee 45 calories per slice bread... it's yum!
