I feel it already..

I lost 40 lbs.. 2 years ago.
Well, I gained them back. I've been stuck one coming back for a couple weeks at a time. Falling off for a month.. "I'll start next week" Why can't i stay motivated?! Why can't i keep this going like i did before!! What the heck!! Halp.

Before Counting Calories..
I never liked pancakes.. Now, all of the sudden they're like crack. I've eaten pancakes for breakfast every single day for the last week. Today, I'm holding off eating breakfast because I can't decide if i want pancakes or an omelette. I think even still i'm leaning more towards pancakes

8 oz chicken breast 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup brocoli Half a medium summer squash 1/2 cup Mixed peppers Garlic seasoning 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp honey Put chicken in non stick skillett, add calorie free spray if you want, add vinegar, & garlic.. I'm not gonna be able to do the morning weigh in, as I've said i hold MASSIVE amounts of water in the AM... So i'm considering changing my weigh time to maybe like before dinner but I'm un sure of how long it'll take for my tank to be empty... Any suggestions or advice on this?
