It's so hard to drink. Lol..

If i drank crystal lite in replacement would it still have the same benefit?

    You can definitely use water flavoring to help you reach your water goals, just be aware of calories or caffeine content.
    I try to alternate bottles of plain water and flavored, because I would go through a lot of flavoring otherwise haha.

    Yes. Any beverage except alcohol can be counted as water. Some choose to not count caffeinated beverages but they do help hydrate you. If you don't like plain water, low or no calorie alternatives like Crystal Light, Mio, flavored seltzer, diet soda, etc. all benefit. Just make sure you count any calories.

    Add some flavored tea or cut up fruit. I really like water !

    Thanks guys.. I have a hard time drinking enough fluids.. Not so hydrated always & seems to be slowing my loss a little
