Balsamic chickenish stuff i made up..

8 oz chicken breast
1 cup cauliflower
1 cup brocoli
Half a medium summer squash
1/2 cup Mixed peppers
Garlic seasoning
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey

Put chicken in non stick skillett, add calorie free spray if you want, add vinegar, & garlic.. Cook halfway..

Add the veggies, when its done add the honey and mix it all..


BRUH..

It's good, no grains for those of you who do that..

It's so yummy.


If you try it let me know what you think.


Add the vegetable for the last 5 min if you like em crunchier..
