How did your race go?

This will be my 5th half. My goal is to run a race in all 50 states. I've run in 6 states so far.

Me too! I stopped running and eat terrible this past winter, I gained about 15 pounds and lost muscle. Went up almost 2 pant sizes!!! I've been running again and eating healthier for the past 3 weeks and I can tell that my thighs are getting smaller already!

My goal is to run, any distance race, in all 50 states. 6/50 done. One new state scheduled this fall. It's a great excuse to travel!

Hello! I need some motivation too. Just started this MFP journey this week. My goal is lose 70 pounds. By counting/logging meals on MFP and jogging. I have never stuck with anything for more than a few months... I need a lot of support and motivation!
