July half marathon training and summer goals!

Anyone else training for a race this summer? I started my Nike 12 week training schedule this week. My goal is to get a PR (personal record) and lose 25 pounds by race day, 7/31/16!

I have about 12 races planned, from 5k to marathon. My marathon is this Saturday

I have a dozen coming up! Next one is a 50k on June 4.
Those are good goals, you can do it!1 -
I'm training for a 16 km race at the end of July!1

a duathlon in 6wks, 20miles walking followed by 30miles cycling... my goal is to just to get to the end before the finish line closes!1

I am also signed up for a half in July. It's my first, and I am terrified!1

Got a couple of 5k and 10k races coming up. Thanks to injuries, I've not done a 10k since 2012, so I'm really looking forward to this one. It's the Tufts Women's 10k in Boston and it's always a great atmosphere. I'm a super-slow runner, so I'm not after a PB or anything. I'll just be happy to finish.
I'm toying with getting back into doing half-marathons, but keep bottling it.1 -
I just ran a half marathon last weekend, have my first full marathon in June, and am running a 10k in August.

Is this your first half?
This will be my 5th half. My goal is to run a race in all 50 states. I've run in 6 states so far.
