July half marathon training and summer goals!
Anyone else training for a race this summer? I started my Nike 12 week training schedule this week. My goal is to get a PR (personal record) and lose 25 pounds by race day, 7/31/16! I'm going to have awesome 12 week before and after pictures. : )
