I'm in! Starting my health kick tomorrow, been prepping the cupboards last two days. Rule will be - No snacking after dinner. I work different shifts so wont set a time, just nothing snacky after my last meal. Good luck all!

Thanks guys, much appreciated. I think I will probably have to get the shots - seems to be where my Dr is leading me. Its hard to find anything that's not upsetting my stomach at the moment! Still I figure maybe this will help me shift a few pounds while they work it out!

I talk about it on FB a bit. When I hit mile stones and stuff like that. Or epic snack recipes I tend to post. A few buddies are doig weight loss or trainig so we give each other a boost.

I think thats one of the best things. I have tied to do food diarys in the past and never kept them going. The app is great especially the barcode reader. Its for me about changing habits. Using the food log is one I am totally there with now and its a massive help;

I so need to catch up on Walking dead! I am a few seasons behind. I keep watching old things over again. I keep saving it for a rainy day and never finding time. But then I found time for Daredevil so that blows that theory lol.

Its totally true that having buddies helps. My flatmate lost a whole heap of weight last year I think?! and having him doing that while i was doing it too was a massive help. Just little things like suggesting low calorie snacks and treats and little discoveries and tips is just great. stops you going for the rubbish bit…

Hello, I have a few stomach issues. I'm lactose intolerant and currently investigating another problem with vitamin absorption. I also have Endomitriosis which flares up and down and although not directly stomach related it causes all sorts of knock on issues and pains. Its a barrel of laughs digestion wise! I don't know…
