  • I wish my gym had day care! I would be in heaven, but we having nothing like that in northern NH. But i have been thinking about a sitter for a couple hours so I could go... so that's not a horrible idea. When He gets a little older I might try to bring him there again but until then.
  • Both. When I go to the Gym, before going in I run two miles outside then weight train for about 1.5-2 hours.
  • agree with the water too, I try to drink about 1 gallon a day (120 oz) which definitely helps
  • they states to eat about 6 small meals a day 2/3 hours . I start my day with fruit/veggie shake in the morning cause I'm not a breakfast person either but i might have a kind bar about two hours later. if its working for you and your not starving by the time you eat next them its working for you i wouldn''t change anything
  • a great breakfast that keeps me full I call them protein pancakes. the recipes calls for 1/2 banana, 1/4 cups of oats and 3 egg whites . i use 1 whole banana, 1/4 c oats and 2 egg whites ( i by the container and use 1/3 c). just a meal idea
  • I run about 2-3 times a week anywhere's from 1.5 miles to 5 miles and also weight train and i also have luck with Adidas. also my best friend has Reebok and loves them.
