Both have their good and bad. I prefer the outdoors since I'm a runner.

I don't run yet so I am a gym gal.... Maybe one day I will be an outdoor gal. I do hike and like to bike ride.

Both. When I go to the Gym, before going in I run two miles outside then weight train for about 1.5-2 hours.

I would much rather be outdoors, which is why I have a hard time forcing myself to go to the gym to strength train rather than going outside for a run.

I cycle outdoors, I lift in the gym...so I prefer both.

Depends on what I'm doing... Never did it in the gym before.

^^this. It's hard for me to pass up a good run on a nice day to hit the gym.

I'd much rather be on my bike or working out at Red Rocks than in my gym. I'll always choose outdoors over indoors.

Depends. Hiking and running are my favorite exercises, so I'd rather be outside in general. However, I don't do well in high humidity, mosquitoes love me (+ I'm allergic to their bites), and I'm generally allergic to nature... So, I'd rather be inside during the late spring and summer.

Outdoors whenever possible. Unfortunately, my local trail run has neither a squat rack nor barbells, so. . . .

Depends. What are we doing in the gym vs. outdoors? I don't know if I could ever do my lifting at an outdoor facility because I do like climate control (firstworldproblems). But, I don't think I could ever take a "walk" on a treadmill or use an indoor cycle because I love doing those things outside.

I don't do the gym and I'm a fair weather runner. I skate indoors more than I do outdoors only because outdoor ice ruins my blades....so I'm a toss up

I can't stand when it's ridiculous hot outside but if the weather is good then I don't mind either or.

Outdoors as long as I remembered the sunscreen! I have two colors: pasty or lobster red
