  • Hi Everyone, Ive been off track for a good week, no tracking and very little exercise. It started with a long road trip and life stuff....but I'm back. My goal is to work out 5 x a week ( sat- sun) and to track my intake daily until the end of April. Here we go again ! Hope you guys are doing well !

  • having a few hard boiled eggs ready to go helps, and I always try to get more then one meal when Im actually cooking, like, dinner tonight, and lunch tomorrow type deal. It means there is usually something in the fridge if I'm hungry.

  • I used to have a serious sweet tooth (and i guess I still do). I think its ok to eat treats (every once in a while), but if you track it all, then you'll see that it does take up a big chunk of your daily calories.   • Hello All, I resisted the temptation to buy something sweet ( chocolate bar,Herseys..yumm) at the grocery store. I can't believe i was really saying to myself...you can save it, not eat it all at once. YA right. If I don't buy it, I won't eat it. Small victory, but i'll take it.   • Hi All, my goal for April is to do some form of exercise 5 x a week. I also want to quit eating at night before bed, so i guess that means balancing my intake out better over the day, so I'm not feeling hungry at night. And try to sick to the myplate goals at least 24/30 of the April days. lets do this!!!
