  • It is a bug that affects Apple users since MFP did an update on November 11. I received an email response from MFP that said they will be working on a fix, however they anticipate it will be a few weeks due to holidays. MFP posted a response in one of the forums and you can read it here:…
  • Go to the MFP Blog page, enter "squat" in the search bar. There are several articles you might find useful, such as this one: http://blog.myfitnesspal.com/how-to-do-the-perfect-squat/ Good luck!
  • The steps are terribly low since the MFP 7.5 update on November 11. It is a bug that MFP told me in an email may take several weeks to fix due to holidays. You can read more at https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/post/quote/10478352/Comment_38219141

  • I weigh every morning, like others after using the bathroom and before getting dressed. I don't get stressed at small fluctuations since I know they are normal. If my weight goes up too much I go back and see what I have been eating or if I was exercising or maybe I was out of town for a weekend and not being as good as I…
  • Count EVERYTHING! 1 tbsp of coconut oil has 130 calories and 14 grams of fat, of that 13 grams are saturated fat. It doesn't really matter how you consume it. If you consume it, count it. Otherwise you could be underestimating your calories and nutrients.
