Ohhhhh!!!!! Ok. Some days I do no carbs at all. My usual is high protein and veggies, I've been losing 1 to 2 lbs a week.

Low carb high protein is what has been working for me. (Yes I know low carbs is high on fat, not high protein:) I say "low carbs" because I have still been having fruits and some dairy but lesser amounts. Hello! I use meal replacement shakes bought from CVS. It says it's Soy 130 cals and if I get a deal I have also bought Herbalife. I like them both, vanilla/cookies n creme flavor and it fills me up. I don't often snack. But when I do I want something crunchy and salty. So my go to is pork cracklings, macadamia nuts, pepperoni, beef sticks.

You're off to a great start! I love Zumba, I do a class once a week. Then I alternate between home YouTube workouts on Fitness Blender/weights, gym mostly on elliptical and treadmill and Sundays my sisters and I jog/walk the hills.

Is it bad to mix the ground turkey with taco seasoning? I love to do that! My favorite is mixing with squash onion bellpeppers mushrooms and jalapeños. And I love spaghetti so I'll usually make a zucchini noodle in replacement for the noodles with all the above ingredients and add a little bit of spaghetti sauce

I'm on my second day and feeling good and only plan on doing it til Friday. I'm still getting the nutrients needed, HOWEVER, If I begin feeling anything other than good then I will most definitely switch it up. I'm not trying to harm myself.

Thanks for your comment, I suspected this post wouldn't sit well with some. But at the end of the day, as I mentioned, I like to jump into different diets for fun. Hello! When I lost weight last year I began to notice the difference when I lost about 25 pounds. Then I went from 242 to 190 and was down from an 18 to ALMOST an 11. That felt great! HOWEVER, after an accident I unfortunately went back up to 234 lbs. sooo my size 11's are patiently waiting in the closet
