You might find a benefit from chin ups in between sets of squats and bench.

Do full body, keep the reps per set around 5 to 8, and save the bicep curls for the bros going to the beach.

Specifically, what to do for the rear delts? Layman description of the rotation is inward shoulder rotation. Think tubby tech support guy posture, but on a trained lifter. It's sad.

My first sprint was fun. I blew myself up on the bike so that run was like the butan death march. Make sure to run some two sport workouts, and really... Work that endurance. I have a buddy who is a flabby 240, and he's finished two ironmans.

Depends. I have done both. You training for something other than the beach and mirror? That will dictate.

Proper rest is just as important as a proper workout. If I were to hate them, it means I hate the getting strong and jacked process. I don't. It keeps a bullet out of my mouth, so I love it. Embrace the nap.

Use a power cage for your big bench sets. Better spotter than a human. Myself, I'm rebuilding my chest after lifting Olympic for a long while. So I'm doing silliness like: 10 sets of 3 at 85% flat bench , then followed by 150 additional reps at 60%. Then I'll switch to decline and do 100 or so more reps at 60%. Then I'll…
