I actually bought a mill so I could make my own flour at home. I get bags of different types of wheat, and hire a neighbor kid at a few bucks an hour to get all the rocks out and wash the grain. Then once it is dry I run it through the mill. Good stuff.

There are some great stickies here you should read.

If made right, with good beans. Delicious and good for you. Done poorly, basically little better than the taste of fermented camel milk.

First off, problem section is code for having a winter coat. Eat at a deficit. Back extensions and hanging sit-ups are great. Pot stirs are great. AB wheel is a staple.

Don't create, duplicate. Get a canned program and follow it.

Basically, I use them between squat sets as mobility and keeping my heart rate up. I'll do a set of squats, and then do 100 or so bodyweight. Then my next set.

And training age?
-
That's just holding a neutral head.
-
What's your bodyweight and training age?

What was the day's kill?

First off, I think we'd all agree, you need to be on a coherent program. Second. Not all chest work results in soreness. Except dips, and you don't do them.

I made a grilled pb and j with duck fat instead of butter. Proud I made it because I was at a loss on what to do when I saw I WS out of butter.

Go Zags. :D

That's not spotting. Spotting a squat with a single spotter involves them being behind you ready to help you finish the rep in case of imminent failure.

Same. With most people actually. Getting my head together has been the biggest thing treatment does for me. The muscle and teenager style "appetites" are garnish.

Oh, the second part of your post sparked a memory. I was having dinner with an endo in Portland, or. We were discussing trt, and his views on it were amazing. Any man who goes on it that lifts is just searching for legal steroids, after 20 men don't need testosterone, and all its going to do is making people want to fight,…

Then you should share that info with the OP, sounds like he could use it.
-
It is not physically impossible. To state impossible means you are outright ignoring edge cases like the massively obese, and geared lifters.
-
Get a coach, it's a basic human movement so it should be something you can do. A competent coach will figure out what challenges you have mobility wise and help you fix them.

Yes.

A coherent dosing schedule is going to be one that works with the compound, and is based on current research. This is why I suggested that subreddit, there's a lot of helpful folks there including me. Test c has a half life of roughly 5 days.so a basic dosing schedule with test c is going to be a weekly dosage. With the…

What if it were TWO bad days, would you allow it then? What's the appropriate threshold that you'll allow without casting side eye?
-
Where are you going?
-
Today you learned, testosterone is a steroid, therefore you are on cycle. Op, something to keep in mind different manufacturers may have different dosing. 1cc doesn't mean anything. It can be 200mg, 100mg, even 250mg of test-c. State your dose in mgs. Also, the pellets likely won't be too great, but nothing ventured right?…

And, thread has covered all possible options in record time. Well done, thin mints for all!

Aly, if you have a trainer, follow her work plan or fire her. Have you run a sanity on your work down by checking the inol values? You're either not putting in enough volume or intensity if all of your workouts are all over the place. You have a goal that doesn't seem supported by the work you are doing. Why?
-
3 two a day workout days this week, high intensity, while on a cut. You uh... Just do it. Think about the goal you chose and ensure your actions move you closer to it.
-
Make your hard work the effort it takes to fuel yourself properly, and everything else is a reward for proper fueling.
-
I know what you mean about tri. I gained weight training for oly length.

Yet. So there is still time? Lol
