If you got a roller, spend some time on it.

I eat enough to make sure I'm fueled for my workout. 7kg of muscle and only 1kg of fat added in the last year. Not bad for not having really been controlling things.

So your concern is based on teh feelz?
-
So your whole argument is predicated on an edge case?

You need tonget on a weekly. At once every two weeks I was extremely volatile with people. At 2x a week, I'm as nice as a kitten. Once every three weeks is an abusive protocol. Check out /r/Testerone for some solid info.

Do more of both.
-
The Y has free memberships for those who cannot afford them.

Imagine the benefits of 45 minutes of arduous exercise.

You're a chef. You can walk into a kitchen and cook for 300 as easily as 30. Doesn't mean 3 isn't an insurmountable obstacle for the untrained. As in most cases, it is.

Are you peaking for a competition on that intake?
-
Please stop being so abusive others.
-
See what I said about a preference for arguing over achieving? This is why people have a hard time hitting goals. But I can only lead you to the water.

Someone craves a flavor. Someone compares it to addiction. That's like the opposite of helpful and classy. :(

That's called a long term goal, and if I were to be honest... It's what keep me going.
-
No gloves. Proper grip is part of proper lifting.
-
I'm suggesting you're not looking at this logically. I'd also suggest you find some goals and follow them in a coherent manner. Finally, I'd suggest that you learn how to properly fuel yourself to achieve those goals, understand the basic research available regarding protein intake, and quit being concerned over remote…

Yeah, you're going to want to do yoga.
-
Get the rower, then get a barbell and 160kg in assorted weights.

I owed an extra 9k this year... Tax preparer got lucky I didn't set her house on fire. I was angry. Then realized I just need a snickers. I wasn't me.
-
I've been mixing sugar free pudding with my protein powder, some half and half and water, then smashing that. So good.
-
I like making two chicken breasts, using some seasoninsalt and a little olive oil. Then eat them. Good lunch.

Yes, many people prefer methods that reinforce beliefs and avoid quantifiable data. Quantifiable data is often hard to gather and work with for the average person, so that's natural. Also, it can destroy beliefs.
