After three years post hike injury and poor conditioning due to weight gain, I was able to hike again last weekend. Immediately following my hike I went for a 5.5 mile walk. Three months ago, I could do neither.

Hello, I'm not vegan, but have lots to lose. I love hiking, but have done very little of it in the last few years due to injury and weight gain. I'm ready to get back to nature. I live in Alaska and have 68 lbs to lose. I've lost 17 so far thanks to MFP helping me stay accountable.
