Thanks for the answers, after this posting this, I weighed myself, I found that I lost 4 pounds, I decided to add 100 calories, so I'll try eating 1700.

People are stupid =_= I'm 19 and I get bad comments, I lost 4 pound unintentionally, I'm 5'3 and 116 lbs now,I still have a curvy figure(hourglass) and a round face, people be like "eww I can't imagine myself in your body, you're bony" And when you're heavier they'll still make comments about you, welcome to the screwed up…

I eat less sugar although I LOVE IT! I got used to not eating it a lot, but I still wanna eat more other types of food :/

Since I started maintenance, I'll try eating a little more calories and exercise, and watch my weight and measurements. And thanks, this made me feel better.

I know, but I can't eat easily when I don't know what are my maintenance calories, I fear gaining weight, and I don't wanna lose either. Even when I'm not moving alot, I still feel like eating more than 1600 :(

I do eat junk food, but not alot, I try to balance those 1600cals to eat the thing I like

I used to eat 1600, I didn't eat the exercise calories back,sometimes I'd have 400 calories left or more. lost 1.3 kg in 3 months, there were days when I cheated though. Maybe I'll try eating 1500 calories and see what happens.

I used to eat around 1600, and lost 2 pounds. But I used to work out 3-4 days a week, high intensity exercise, walk 2-3 miles.

Great! Nothing feels as good as accepting yourself, which I finally managed to do, 2 lbs to reach the NEW goal, at first I wanted to reach 113 lbs which is really low, but now my goal is 119 lbs then I'll start maintaining and focus on getting fitter and more flexible, there's no point in eating less and feeling annoyed..…

I do this, but today I ate 300 calories over my limit, ugh.. I'll work out tomorrow, and try to eat in deficit again.. Hopefully I'll be able to stay on track, because if I don't feel satisfied I'll be anxious, I feel a physical hunger lol

Most TDEE calculators give me numbers between 1500-1600,but not less than 1550, maybe I'll stick to this number.
