Yeah you're right! I never know what to go by I try to watch calories but I also know to watch sodium, sugars and other things so I wanted to know more of what to go for to not pick a totally non healthy cereal

Did anyone do couch to 5k on a tread mill or does everyone do it outside? I've tried three times and every time I stop right before week 5. I was wondering what is a good speed on the tread mill?

@tryett I used to eat glazed pecans on my salad.. but they are not good for you so I'll definitely try just plain pecans ! For all the things I don't like I actually like cashews walnuts peanut etc so that'll make a great way to change up my salad during the week

@tryett how much bacon do you use? I try to use one or two piece and I make sure to wipe it with paper towel to try to get grease off of it. Also do you do just regular walnuts or do you glaze them?

Yeah it is sometimes I try to either put a little chicken into my salad or bacon. I don't like eggs or I would eat that for breakfast. I try to add almonds into my oatmeal

Couch to 5k isn't bad I've done it before. I agree with donnahibberd it's not as easy as you think but you can definitely do it! I have suggested it to my best friend and she loves it!
