    I'm looking for motivation too. I'm in UK. I'm vegetarian and trying to walk lots using Pacer app to achieve at least 10,000 steps a day with small baby and family.

    Add me. New week. 50 lb to go. 34 down since January and took a,break.. bad idea. Back on track.
