So I'm a pretty picker eater. For breakfast I eat smart start or instant oatmeal
For lunch I usually do a romaine lettuce salad with carrots
Dinner I usually have chicken with broccoli/string beans or corn
Any ideas for healthy snacks or new healthy ways I can cook chicken
Any suggestions are appreciated!

Just a little note....if that's all you're eating, your diet looks a little low in proteins and fats!/:

Yeah it is sometimes I try to either put a little chicken into my salad or bacon. I don't like eggs or I would eat that for breakfast. I try to add almonds into my oatmeal

My salad for lunch today had romaine lettuce, chopped cucumbers, bacon, strawberries, bleu cheese crumbles, (forgot to add the walnuts, grilled chicken breast, topped with Chipotle Ranch dressing, it was awesome.

@tryett how much bacon do you use? I try to use one or two piece and I make sure to wipe it with paper towel to try to get grease off of it. Also do you do just regular walnuts or do you glaze them?

In my salad I crumble about two to three pieces, and I also add about 4 oz of chicken. I do not glaze my walnuts just buy the bag of walnut pieces. The walnuts make such a huge flavor difference. I had the same salad yesterday and the difference was really noticeable.

Also pecans work really well with apples in salad, again with chicken. I always have either chicken or turkey (just the sliced kind from the deli) in my salad. Bacon goes well with the turkey also.

@tryett I used to eat glazed pecans on my salad.. but they are not good for you so I'll definitely try just plain pecans ! For all the things I don't like I actually like cashews walnuts peanut etc so that'll make a great way to change up my salad during the week

Of course leftover steak works really well cut up into salad, I like mine with bleu cheese crumbles, accents the flavor or the steak nicely. For snacks I try to get some fat and protein, cheeses, hummus and bell peppers, Kind bars.
