I had high blood pressure with my first pregnancy and 2-3 cloves of garlic in soup or garlic bread or 2 garlic pills helped a lot. Exercise it great for it, also. If you say you do not have time go to YOUTUBE and look for POPSUGAR 10 minute workouts. I love these and so do my teen girls.

I love protein and went over today even though I did 30 minutes of exercise. It was all good and lean.The strong thing is it has me projected to weigh less in 5 weeks when I do that. Why have I lost no weigh in almost a month...well maybe 1/2 a pound. Crazy!

Hello Nicole ! Welcome ! POPSUGAR on YOUTUBE has great workouts. Drink 1/2 your weight in water- 2 cups of water before each meal and snack. Eat all food groups but do not over do it. Small treat like a few square of dark chocolate with a little peanut butter wards off wanting a whole candy bar.Remember to track every day.

Crispy pork skins are all they are. I do not like the ones you can microwave.They are good at first...all warm...then you taste WAY to much salt. I tried them tonight while watching old "Adam 12" episodes on YOUTUBE with my kids. The kiddos had popcorn.

At your age you should have your parents and doctors advice and permission to lose weight. I have 4 girls.

I eat meat,fish,beans,grains, veggies and fruits. Meat one meal a day unless there is a little leftover meat used in another meal that day. I do choose what kinds and portions of meat we eat and teach my children how to do the same. We love all food groups. :)

Luna bars have 15 grams of protein in some. You can get some nice cool bags to pack a salad with many vegetables and good fats(nuts,seed and avocado).

Drink 2 cups of water before you eat every meal and snack. Try to track what you plan to eat in the morning.

Make you own with +2 cups skim,rice or almond milk,1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt,4 tablespoons peanut butter,1-2 tablespoons flax meal ( ground flax), a banana frozen in bite sized pieces and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.Blend and enjoy. You may need to a just some amounts to your personal tastes.

I try to remember to have 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in a glass of pure water before meals to help weight loss. I am a pretty healthy eater but I am a stress eater. I also cannot workout much because of a bad hip.I replace skim milk for half and half in my coffee sometimes.

Can you and your wife work together on eating healthy? You both have a good reason. Track you food in the morning for all meals and stick with it. Takes walks together before you workout,maybe. <3 <3

I eat peanut butter with apple slices once a day. Not with bread because I am trying to eat only one slice of bread or less a day and I prefer rye.

Spaghetti squash to replace pasta or rice pasta for wheat pasta. brown rice in taco salad instead of taco chips.
