Love this app quite a lot. Looking to improve my nutrition protein wise and performance for my workouts! If anyone has any suggests, let me know

Drink 2 cups of water before you eat every meal and snack. Try to track what you plan to eat in the morning.0

As long as you're not a vegetarian, I'd look up the most protein-dense foods. Chicken breast is probably the cheapest, and one of the lowest fat. Pork loin has more fat, but IMO tastes better. Cod has the lowest calories per gram of protein, but is more expensive, and many don't like fish. If you're a vegetarian, lentils are probably the best.
Just depends whether you're trying to keep your calories low or what your over goals are besides performance. If you're feeling low energy in the gym, I'd look at your carbs first, especially if you restrict them. If you're just looking to add muscle, then yeah, look at protein.
