I tried b12 but they delayed my periods so don't want to use them anymore. No coffee as I get bad withdraws and caffeine isn't great for the body

I'm just sit of being fat, and the right way takes so long. It's really hard to keep up motivation for gym, it's really getting me down

I've done this before, I lost a lot of weight due to calorie deficit due to my circumstances at the time. I tried the deficit but I'm always hungry or end up wasting my calories on delicious treats which then gets me down that I couldn't stick to it

I'm looking for a new one because it stopped working after a while and I didn't work hard to maintain the weight loss :(, I just want a little booster to jumpstart my weight loss I want a quick fix initially thennnn to put in work :)

@eldamiano shut up please. Your comments are irrelevant and boring. Everyone else. Yh I don't dread going to the gym now I'm powerwalking. I definitely don't hold on because it is cheating. Even when I'm super tired haha I'll do it for now and see how it goes :)

Powerwalking, not leisurely walking. I make sure I'm almost always out of breath during my work out

I think heart rate is important because you lose more calories that way. You could do a mile in a slow walk in two hours or sprint in 10 mins the distance don't really matter. To me anyway

I find running for real sooo much harder than treadmill lol

I do constant powerwalking on an incline my heart rate stays up and I sweat the whole time. As opposed to my heart rate going back down whilst I'm not running. Did you lose weight this way ?
