I'm not intentionally trying to starve myself. I'm completely fine with the way I look, I want to feel good. But when I eat a lot of food (even around 1600 to 1800) I feel full all the time, which makes me feel sluggish and awful regardless of what I eat. I think fasting in general could be the next big dieting thing, we've already seen it in the 5:2, IF and so on. I wonder if proper fasting will become a thing?

In Australia the fries only have four ingredients - salt, potatoes, oil, and a preservative. I think they're alright. Not the best chips going but still pretty good. Aren't they different in the US though?
