Do you not use any sweetener in tea now? I do use creamer in my coffee, but it's not a whole lot. Are there better substitutes?

I'm like that too! I always give myself a little more. I just try not to buy it. But then I give up on this eating well shenanigans so quick because of my sweet cravings.
