Weight scale

I always seem to have that day where I come up with reasonable plans and goals but by the next day I'm already ready to give up.

Sudden motivation
Have you ever seen like a friend or acquaintance just all the sudden seem full blown motivated to eat right and exercise? then boom they lost a bunch of weight. Do you ever think that eventually just gets their moment? And maybe we aren't successful with it until we get to that moment..?

Getting started- post injury
I've been in and out of trying to get in better shape. Then I got hurt and had to have surgery. Been in casts and a boot for the past 3 months. Finally at the point of being able to walk again. Looking for some pointers and support to getting back in control again.
